Acquisition of Craegmoor Group Limited

The Priory Group has today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the Craegmoor Group Limited for an undisclosed amount. As a result of the acquisition, Priory will become the market leader in the Mental Healthcare, Specialist Education, Autism and Learning Disability sectors.
