The Priory Hospital Chelmsford is an independent hospital that specialises in the treatment and management of adults and adolescents with a range of mental health problems where patient care is the primary concern.

The hospital opened in 1992 and has established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.  For people suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues, such as stress and anxiety, the hospital provides a range of outpatient based therapy services including group and individual cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) tailored to suit the clinical needs of the individual patient.
