We are committed to providing our colleagues with challenging, fulfilling working environments and investing in their personal and professional development.

This commitment ensures that our colleagues are motivated to provide the best care to the patients, pupils and residents who require our help.

To ensure that this commitment is met, Priory has launched Foundations for Growth, a wide-ranging learning and development programme led by a dedicated learning and development team.

All members of staff have a personal development plan that is monitored, assessed and modified during our annual appraisal process. Priory is also able to accredit NVQs in a wide range of clinical and management areas, including customer service and business administration. We also offer certification in management studies, as well as a wide range of clinical programmes, workshops and updates. Many staff also attend external training programmes through which they can achieve nationally-recognised qualifications.

As a learning organisation, Priory places great emphasis on the importance of developing people to enable them to meet current and anticipated patient, pupil and resident requirements.
